We needed a coffee pot that could keep up with the demand for coffee when feeding our homeless population. We ran thru other coffee pots that wouldn't hold up and break within a week of use.
We are very happy with this coffeemaker!

This is second unit of this model obtained for congregation. Insulated pot means good hot coffee and not scalded by repeated brewing. However, second unit arrived missing spring ring which holds the basket on the water pipe. We repaired it in house after manufacturer did not respond to a Warranty request. Quality control needs improvement.
